Production & Turnaround Times

Standard Orders- All standard pieces are crafted to order from our workshop in Port Macquarie & are typically ready for dispatch within 3-5 business days. If your item is in stock at our Salt Ash location, it may be dispatched or picked up on the same day or next business day-we'll let you know at time of order.

Personalised & Custom Orders- Please allow 1-2 weeks for production. We'll keep you updated along the way!

NSW 2-5 days

VIC/QLD/SA 3-7 days

WA/NT/TAS 5-10 days

Iron Age Metal Art uses Express Post for all items up to and including 5kg.

Tracking info emailed on dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Made to order-no change of mind returns. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Cancellations

Standard orders cancellable within 24 hours. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once in production.

OUTDOORS- No sealing required. Corten steel is designed to rust on the outside to protect itself on the inside-giving it that stunning aged look while remaining incredibly durable
